Almost all the calories come from the Edamame! Instead of edamame try adding red, yellow and green bellpepper and reduce the calories to a meer 50!

Recipe Ingredients for Shredded Broccoli & Edamame salad

1/2 cup shredded broccoli
1/4 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup shredded cabbage
1/2 cup edamame
1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts
2 tbsp cilantro
2 tbsp scallion
2 tbsp Kraft fat-free italian dressing
