Recipe Ingredients for Shredded beef

3 pounds beef roast
1 onion
3/4 cup green pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can chicken broth
1 teaspoon thyme
1 tablespoon of olive oil

Recipe Directions for Shredded beef

  1. cut up beef roast in bite size pieces

  2. brown beef in a tablespoon of olive oil

  3. in a different pan saute onion and pepper until soft

  4. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker

  5. Slow cook about 10 hours, first on high and then on low
