Easy low fat soup for 7 day Shred plan

Recipe Ingredients for Shred Soup

2 T olive oil
2 c chopped onion
2 clove garlic
6 cups spinach
1 tsp basil
1 c chopped carrots
1 c chopped potatoes
4 cups diced tomatoes
6 cups chicken broth
1 cup water
2 cup lentils

Recipe Directions for Shred Soup

Saute onions and garlic in olive oil. Add all ingredients except spinach. Simmer for 35-40 minutes. Add spinach until wilted. serve.
