Recipe Ingredients for Shoyu Chicken

1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup canola oil
1 clove garlic clove(s)
1 tbsp ginger root
1/4 cup sugar
1 lb. chicken breasts

Recipe Directions for Shoyu Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Mix sauce ingredients.

  3. Place chicken in single layer in shallow pan. (I use chicken breast fillets).

  4. Pour sauce over the chicken.

  5. Bake for 30 minutes.

  6. Turn chicken pieces and spoon sauce over them.

  7. Bake another 30 minutes.
