2 lbs Lamb Shoulder Chop
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tsp soy sauce
1/4 cup kosher salt
1 1/2 lbs baby potatoes
8 oz sweet peas
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons olive oil

Recipe Directions for Shoulder Lamb Chops with potatoes and peas

Salt chops with kosher salt on both sides. Let it sit for 20 minutes. Rinse off salt and pat dry then add marinade.
