A great chicken manicotti that the kids love.

Recipe Ingredients for Shortcut Chicken Manicotti

21 oz condensed cream of chicken soup
1 pound cheddar cheese
2 cups frozen broccoli
2 pounds pasta (uncooked manicotti)
2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast

Recipe Directions for Shortcut Chicken Manicotti

  1. Preheat oven to 400

  2. Mix soup, water and Velveeta (it says cheddar cheese - but it calls for velveeta - ti just didn't exist in the calorie list) and microwave on high for 3 minutes. Stir after 2 minutes.

  3. Pour 1/3 of soup mixture into the bottom of glass lasagna pan.

  4. Stuff the strips of chicken into the uncooked manicotti shells. Place in Lasagna pan.

  5. Mix broccoli florets with remaining soup mixture. Pour over manicotti.

  6. Cover and bake for 45 - 50 minutes. Serving size is 3-4 manicotti.
