1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup icing sugar
1 tsp corn starch
1 cup flour, white, shifted

Recipe Directions for Shortbread Tart Shells

  1. Cream butter

  2. sift dry ingredients together

  3. add to creamed butter

  4. Divide into equal size balls & press into muffin tins

  5. 12 regular or 24 mini

  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes or til very lite brown.
