Recipe Ingredients for Short Thyme Broccoli

1/4 pound broccoli florets, fresh
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
3/8 teaspoon lemon juice
1 dash t salt
1 dash dried thyme

Recipe Directions for Short Thyme Broccoli

  1. Place the broccoli and 1 in. of water in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5-8 minutes or until crisp-tender. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the oil, lemon juice, salt and thyme. Drain broccoli; toss with oil mixture.

  2. Yield: 2 servings. Prep/Total Time: 15 min.
