Recipe Ingredients for Shoo Fly Cups

2 1/2 cups White Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 cups butter
2 cups light brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for Shoo Fly Cups

  1. mix together the first four ingredients and take .5 cup out for topping

  2. mix rest of ingredients in remainder and place in cupcake tins

  3. sprinkle with reserved crumbs

  4. bake at 350 for 25 minutes
