Recipe Ingredients for Shonny's Power Morning Smoothy

0.33 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
0.75 scoop 100% Whey Protein Powder
1 cup, halves Strawberries
2 tbsp, ground Flaxseed
2 tbsp Psyllium Husks
4 fl oz Simply Lemonade
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Shonny's Power Morning Smoothy

Pour lemonade and water in a mixer. Add sliced strawberries and bananas. Add flaxseed, protein powder and psyllium husks. Throw in a couple ice cubes and mix on high for 1-2 minutes.
