Recipe Ingredients for Shitake Vermouth Pasta

4 cups Mushrooms (Shiitake), Raw
5 ounces pasta
1/2 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons heavy cream
1/4 cup liquor
1/4 red onion
1 teaspoon rosemary

Recipe Directions for Shitake Vermouth Pasta

  1. Melt butter in a pan.

  2. Begin heating water for pasta.

  3. Add onion or shallot and allow to brown.

  4. Add mushrooms and rosemary and cover.

  5. Add pasta to water to cook.

  6. Once mushrooms have cooked down a bit, turn up heat and add vermouth.

  7. Add pasta and cream and stir.
