Recipe Ingredients for Shitake Brown Rice Pilaf

1 oz dried shitake mushrooms
2 cups water
2 leeks
2 garlic cloves
8 oz fresh shitake mushrooms
2 tbsp grapeseed oil
3/4 tsp salt
1 cup brown basmati rice
1/2 cup pecans
4 scallions

Recipe Directions for Shitake Brown Rice Pilaf

  1. place dried shitake mushrooms in 2 cups of boiling water for 30 minutes

  2. slice leeks lengthwise into quarters and then slice into 1/2" cubes
