Recipe Ingredients for Shirred Egg

1 large Egg, Whole
3 grams Cheddar Cheese
1 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe

Recipe Directions for Shirred Egg

  1. Grease custard bowl lightly.

  2. Crack in egg and top with tomato slice and then with cheese.

  3. Bake in 400 degree oven for about 18 minutes.
