Uses 1 small bag of white shirataki yam noodles or "miracle noodles".

Recipe Ingredients for Shirataki Yakisoba

4 oz white shirataki noodles (bag)
1/2 c broccoli, chopped
1/4 red bell pepper, chopped
1/4 c snow peas, chopped
1/2 small carrot, sliced
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp mirin
1 pinch ground ginger
1/8 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp potato starch

Recipe Directions for Shirataki Yakisoba

Stir-fry veggies in a nonstick pan until crisp-tender. Mix remaining ingredients except noodles and add to pan, stirring until thickened. Add noodles and heat through, stirring to coat with sauce.
