Just a simple stir fry I used to try these noodles.

Recipe Ingredients for Shirataki Stir Fry

8 oz shirataki noodles
1/4 c egg whites
7 spears asparagus
1/4 c lime juice
1 tsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smart balance light spread

Recipe Directions for Shirataki Stir Fry

  1. cook the egg (or use egg substitute) until firm

  2. remove from pan, cut into strips

  3. cut asparagus into bite-size pieces

  4. mix lime juice, soy sauce, sesame oil and garlic powder.

  5. If desired add a tablespoon of splenda,ginger and/or red pepper for spice.

  6. Rinse noodles well. Pat dry.

  7. Melt margarine in pan and stir fry the noodles for about 2 minutes.

  8. Add the rest of the ingredients.

  9. Stir and heat through.
