Low calorie take on raman noodles, just not low sodium. Low sodium boullion could be used to help that out.

Recipe Ingredients for Shirataki Ramen Noodles

8 oz Tofu Shirataki, angel hair
2 cups water
1 1/2 cubes chicken boullion
1/8 tsp poultry seasoning
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp onion powder

Recipe Directions for Shirataki Ramen Noodles

  1. Place water and all seasonings in pot and boil til dissolved.

  2. Rinse noodles under hot water then squeeze out extra water.

  3. Place noodles in broth and simmer for 15 - 20 mintues.

  4. Add scallions or other vegetables, if desired.
