Recipe Ingredients for Shirataki Primavera

1 Fettuccine Shaped Noodle Substitute [128708] oz Tofu Shirataki
1/2 cup Broccoli
1/2 Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
1/2 cup tomatoes
1 serving+size Light Swiss Original
2 tbsp. fat free sour cream
2 1/2 tsp. Grated Topping
1 serving Salt Substitute
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 clove garlic
1 tbs fresh basil

Recipe Directions for Shirataki Primavera

  1. Place pepper and broccoli in 2 tbsp. of water. Cover bowl and microwave for 2 - 3 minutes (until veggies are fully steamed and tender). Drain water and set aside.

  2. Drain and rinse noodles well. Boil for 1 minute and drain. Saute noodles in a large skillet over medium high heat for about 4 minutes until all fluid has evaporated.

  3. Add halved cherry tomatoes and garlic. Continue to saute for a minute or two. Add other vegetables and saute for another minute. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream, cheeses, salt substitute, pepper and basil. Stir well.
