Angel Hair Shirataki with Marinara Sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Shirataki Marinara

24 ounces Tofu Shirataki (Angel Hair Shaped Noodle Substitute)
1 cup Del Monte Original Recipe Stewed Tomatoes (pureed)
2 servings) Kraft Grated Parmesan cheese
6 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoons of salt
2 cups of fresh mushrooms
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tbsp Chili powder
1 tsp dried Basil
1 Pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Shirataki Marinara

  1. Sauté garlic, red pepper flakes, in PAM cooking spray.

  2. Add in Mushrooms - cook until slightly softened

  3. Add in pureed tomatoes, dried basil, chili powder, pepper, and Parmesan cheese

  4. Bring to simmer and cook for 20 minutes or until mushrooms are soft.

  5. Stir in cooked Shirataki and serve.
