Shirataki Noodle Peppers and Steak Low Calorie Low Carb Low Fat

Recipe Ingredients for Shiratake Noodle Peppers & Steak

8 oz Tofu Shirataki (Spaghetti Shaped Noodle Substitute)
1/2 cup pieces Mushrooms
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 oz Soy Sauce
1 tsp Ginger Root
4 oz Beef
1 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Shiratake Noodle Peppers & Steak

Rinse 8 oz. shirataki noodles. dry noodles and chop into large pieces. Heat frying pan til quite hot. Add olive oil. Then add garlic and ginger. stir quickly. Add noodles and fry til moisture is gone. Add mushrooms and thinly sliced steak strips. Saute til steak looks cooked on outside. Add green peppers. Lower heat and cover til peppers are tender and bright green. Do not overcook peppers.
