A homemade version of shake-n-bake.

Recipe Ingredients for shimmy and roast chicken

2 lbs. chicken breasts
1 cup seasoned croutons
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbs chili powder

Recipe Directions for shimmy and roast chicken

  1. In a food processor, combine croutons, parm, and chili powder. Empty in to large plastic bag.

  2. Cut chicken breasts in half and put into bag with seasonings.

  3. Shake bag.

  4. Use tongs to pull out pieces and on a parchment lined baking sheet.

  5. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
