3 tbsp soy butter 1 medium leek, chopped 1 large shiitake mushroom, chopped 1 cup frozen spinach 1 cup (measure when hydrated) TVP 1 soy cream substitute salt to taste dried garlic dried parsley

Recipe Ingredients for Shiitake and Soy Colored Spaghetti

200 grams Rotini Tri-Color Dry
1 container, individual Cream Substitute, Liquid
1 cup Frozen Spinach
1 medium raw Leeks
1 cup chopped raw Shiitake Mushrooms Packaged
3 tbsp 67% Buttery Spread
1 cup TVP

Recipe Directions for Shiitake and Soy Colored Spaghetti

Star by cooking the pasta. Stirr-fry the chopped mushrooms and leeks in the butter substitute. As it dries up, use water to help wilt the vegetables and cook them through. Add the soy (after letting it sit in salted water) and spinach. Keep adding water if necessary. Add the cooked pasta and add salt if necessary. Add the cream substitute. and let simmer.
