Yummy light pasta salad. Healthy and nutritious.

Recipe Ingredients for Shia's Pasta Salad

2 c kidney beans
1/2 c yellow onion
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 green bell pepper
1 c Italian salad dressing (light)
12 oz rotini pasta (tri-color)

Recipe Directions for Shia's Pasta Salad

  1. Cook past according to directions and drain

  2. Rinse and drain the kidney beans (1 can approx 2 cups)

  3. Chop vegetables

  4. Mix all together. May use more or less dressing depending on your taste.

  5. Refrigerate covered for up to a week.
