Ground Turkey Breast, Beans, Red Pepper & Tomatoes

Recipe Ingredients for Sherry's Turkey Chili

1 lb ground turkey breast
64 oz beef broth
15 oz Black Beans
15 oz light red kidney beans
15 oz dark red kidney beans
28 oz diced tomatoes
1 large red pepper
1 large red onion
1 pepper jalapeno
2 tsp garlic
2 T chili powder
1 T garlic powder
1 T onion powder
2 t salt
3 tsp pepper
1 oz hot sauce
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cayenne pepper

Recipe Directions for Sherry's Turkey Chili

  1. Brown turkey breast in large pot

  2. Puree in blender all vegetables including can tomatoes add to pot

  3. Rinse all three cans of beans add to pot

  4. Add all remaining ingredients to pot

  5. Bring to boil, reduce heat to low simmer

  6. Cook for one hour
