Recipe Ingredients for Sherry's Italian Meatballs

1.18 lbs 85% Lean Ground Round
1/2 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese
1 tbs onion powder
1 tbs garlic powder
1 tbs Italian seasoning
2 whole eggs
1 serving Merita smart white bread
2 tbs olive oil

Recipe Directions for Sherry's Italian Meatballs

  1. Heat up 2 tbs olive oil

  2. Blend two slices of white wheat bread in food processor

  3. Whisk 2 whole eggs add to white bread in large bowl

  4. Add remaining ingredients and mash with potato masher

  5. Makes approximately 15-16 meatballs when using a heaping tablespoon as a guide
