7/10 lb scallops
3/5 lb halibut
3 c tomatoes
2 c water
1 1/2 c tomato sauce
1/3 c white wine
1 onion
1 cloves garlic
1 1/2 T olive oil

Recipe Directions for Sherry's Cioppino

  1. Saute onions and galic in oil

  2. Add tomatoes

  3. add water and wine

  4. bring to simmer

  5. add seafood

  6. watch till all pieces are done-- don't overcook
