Makes 24 servings



Yummy banana muffins, made from scratch. Waaayyyy better than any banana muffin or banana bread you've ever had before. Just ask MrBigBelly.

Recipe Ingredients for Sherry's Banana Muffins

6 ripe bananas
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 cups white sugar
3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for Sherry's Banana Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 325.

  2. Spray muffin pans with nonstick spray, or use muffin cups.

  3. In large mixing bowl combine all dry ingredients. Mix well.

  4. In separate bowl mix everything else.

  5. Slowly combine ingredients from both bowls together, until smooth.

  6. Bake 25 - 30 minutes until toothpick inserted in center of muffin comes out completely clean.

  7. enjoy warm and refigerate any leftover. Great when microwaved a few seconds as a quick breakfast. YUMMMMM!!!

  8. Spoon batter into muffin pans
