Recipe Ingredients for Sherry-Mushroom Chicken (Curves Protein 2)

6 oz. Skinless Chicken Breasts
2 tsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cup Sliced Mushrooms
2 tsp. Chopped Green Onions
1 t garlic
1 tsp. Cornstarch
1 tsp. Chopped Parsley
1 dash Black Pepper
1 dash Ground Thyme
1/4 cup Chicken Broth
1 tsp. Dry Sherry Wine

Recipe Directions for Sherry-Mushroom Chicken (Curves Protein 2)

  1. In a large skillet, saute chicken breasts in olive oil for 15 minutes or until done.

  2. When cooked, remove and keep warm in the oven while you prepare the

  3. sauce. Saute mushrooms, green onion and chopped garlic in skillet over

  4. medium heat until tender. Stir in cornstarch, parsley, thyme and pepper. Stir in

  5. broth and sherry. Cook and stir until sauce boils and thickens. Serve sauce

  6. over chicken
