1/2 cup fat free half and half
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup mushrooms
2 pinches rosemary

Toss all ingredients but the noodles and veggie in a hot skillet for three or for minutes or untill creamy mixture thickens then add veggies lastly toss with pasta
