Sherried Steak Cheesy Grits Mixed Green Sala

Recipe Ingredients for Sherried Stea

1 T vegetable oil
1 lb cube steak
1 onion
14 oz 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 c cooking sherry
1/2 c water
1 t garlic salt
1 t pepper)
4 ea Instant Grits
1 c shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Sherried Stea

  1. In an ovenproof skillet, cook steak and onion in hot oil.

  2. Combine soup, sherry, water, garlic salt and pepper;

  3. pour over steak. Cover and bake at 350°for 1 hour.

  4. Cook grits according to pkg directions. Stir in cheese.

  5. Serve steak over grits. Serve with tossed green salad

  6. with FF dressing
