Recipe Ingredients for Shep's pie

1/2 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
397 grams Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
255 grams Mushrooms
74 grams Yellow Onion
15 grams Garlic
60 grams Bell Pepper Red
4 oz Sweet Peas
85 grams Carrots Baby Cut
90 grams Spinach
452 g sirloin ground beef 90% lean

Recipe Directions for Shep's pie

  1. Preheat teh oven to 350 F.

  2. Chop the potatoes and start their water boiling.

  3. Chop the rest of the veggies and throw the onion and garlic in a pan on medium.

  4. Add the meat and start to brown. Add the rest of the veggies, spinach last.

  5. When the meat is browned, spread it into a oven safe dish.

  6. When the potatoes are tender, mash them with a cup of milk and some seasoning. Spread on top of the meat.

  7. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top an pop in the oven until melted
