Can't resist on a raining day for a treat. Make the Mash without butter or milk for a lower fat version

Recipe Ingredients for Sheppard's Pie

628 grams Beef, Ground, 80% Lean Meat / 20% Fat, Patty
4 cup Potatoes, Boiled, Cooked In Skin, Flesh
2 cup Peas, Green
2 cup slices Carrots
4 cup Potatoes, Mashed, Home-prepared, Whole Milk And Butter Added
48 oz Gravy

Recipe Directions for Sheppard's Pie

  1. Cook Group Beef, Drain

  2. Mix in diced potatoes

  3. Mix Bisto Gravy per package

  4. Combine all ingrediants and cook for 1/2 hour. Add peas and carrots cook for 20 minutes more

  5. Boil potatoes and mash them

  6. Pour Beef, veg, gravy mix into casserole dish, cover with Mash. Bake at 400 until mixure is bubbly and mash potato is slightly golden. Remove from oven and let rest for 20 minutes. Serve
