Recipe Ingredients for sheppard's pie

1351 g potato
969 g lean ground beef
1 red onion
1 onion
192 g frozen corn
294 g frozen peas and carrots
68 g shredded cheddar

Recipe Directions for sheppard's pie

  1. cut and boil potatos

  2. brown ground beef

  3. chop onions and add to beef

  4. add frozen veggies to beef and cook on medium high for another 5 minutes

  5. drain beef and vegies and put in caserole

  6. drain potatos and mash adding 4tbs margarine and 3 tbs herb and garlic marinade(Diana's) .. add 10 calories to each serving for margarine and marinade
