Recipe Ingredients for Sheppards pie with pumpkin and cauliflower topping

5 ml olive oil
500 g ground beef
400 ml tomatoes
1 onion
1/2 spring onion
1 cup cauliflower
100 g spinach
1/2 cup pumpkin
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp garlic

Recipe Directions for Sheppards pie with pumpkin and cauliflower topping

  1. 1. fry onions, garlic and meat

  2. 2. add tomatoes, fry a bit

  3. 3. add spinach

  4. 4. add cornflour to thicken if necessary

  5. 4. make pumpkin and cauliflower mash topping with milk

  6. 5. bake at 180 degrees centrigrade for approximately 40 minutes
