A vegetarian version of a british classic.

Recipe Ingredients for Shepherds Pie

4 tbsp butter
2 1/2 cups fat free milk
8 serving
4 oz canned mushrooms
1 cup frozen peas and carrots
1 cup vegetable broth
4 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp all purpose flour
24 oz

Recipe Directions for Shepherds Pie

  1. Prepare instant potatoes per directions on box. Mix crumbles with flour. Heat crumbles with broth and ketchup, bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

  2. Mix crumbles with frozen veggies and mushroom then layer on the bottom of casserole dish. Add cheese, add mashed potatoes.

  3. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
