Recipe Ingredients for Shepherd's Pie

7 potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 pound ground beef
1 cup water
2 cube beef bouillon
1 cube chicken bouillon
1 tsp dried rosemary
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp steak seasoning
1 tbsp minced onion
1 1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables

Recipe Directions for Shepherd's Pie

  1. Cook potatoes, cool and mash.

  2. Cook beef, drain. Add water and season with bouillon, rosemary, salt, pepper, steak seasoning, and onion flakes.

  3. Stir in frozen vegetables.

  4. Cook, stirring frequently until most of the water evaporates.

  5. Pour mixture into 2 quart dish.

  6. Cover with potatoes.

  7. Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350.
