Easier and healthier version of a Scottish classic.

Recipe Ingredients for Shepherd's Pie

16 oz (raw) Ground Turkey
2 medium Russet Potato
2 serving Sweet Potato
1 cup Peas, Green
1 cup slices Carrots
1.5 cup, chopped Onions
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
2 cup Beef Broth
0.25 cup Oat Flour

Recipe Directions for Shepherd's Pie

  1. Cook onion and turkey until onion is soft and turkey is browned. Add worcestershire sauce, peas, and carrots. Stir and simmer until combined. Add 2 Tbs of flour to thicken the sauce, stir to incorporate.

  2. Meanwhile, chop the potatoes in 1" cubes and roast the potatoes in a 400 degree oven for 45 minutes until tender and browned. Combine potatoes with turkey mixture and serve.
