More medieval version of shepard's pie than the one with mashed potatoes.

Recipe Ingredients for Sheperd's pie

500 grams 90% Lean Ground Beef, Fresh
1 cup Beans, Kidney, Red, Mature Seeds
2 medium Turnips
1 NLEA serving Carrots, Baby
1 cup Rye Flour, Dark, Organic
1 cup Rogers All Purpose Flour
100 grams Regular Stick
1 cup Soup
25 grams Egg, White
2 clove Garlic
0.2 cup (8 fl oz) Gravy, Onion, Dehydrated, Dry

Recipe Directions for Sheperd's pie

  1. Chop up the carrots and turnips and fry them with the ground beef until beef is brown. Pour out excess fat. Add the tomato soup, dry onions, garlic and beans and simmer on low until almost all the liquid has evaporated. Cool.

  2. Mix flours in a bowl. Put in the stick of butter/margarine diced and the egg. Knead to an even mass and add about a tablespoonful of water. Keep in fridge to let it harden a bit, then roll the dough to fit a 9x12 pan and bake at 400dF for about 10min. Cool.

  3. Spread the filling evenly over the crust. Garnish with a dusting of parmesan for taste. Bake in 400dF for about 30 minutes. Cool and serve.
