Easy & Quick Shepards Pie with Beef

Recipe Ingredients for Shepards Pie

3 cup Potatoes, Mashed, Home-prepared, Whole Milk Added
16 oz Beef, Ground, 90% Lean Meat / 10% Fat, Crumbles
2 cup Mixed Vegetables
2 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 cup Beef Stock
1/2 large Onions
3 clove Garlic
2 tablespoons flour

Recipe Directions for Shepards Pie

  1. Brown onions, beef and garlic & drain.

  2. Add olive oil and 1-2 tablespoons flour. Cook for 1 minute.

  3. Add stock and seasonings of your choice (I used steak seasoning and Mrs. Dash with a little seasoning salt).

  4. Bring to a boil and add frozen veggies. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.

  5. Put mixture in baking dish and top with mashed potatoes.

  6. Cook at 400 for 30 minutes (until top is brown).
