Recipe Ingredients for shelly's falafel

1/2 cup chopped parsley
12 oz garbanzo beans
1 medium potato
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 tbs olive oil
1 tbs tahini
2 tsp garlic powder
1 dash of salt
1 tbs cumin
1/2 cup zucchini, shredded
2 tbs all purpose flour
1 tbs cornstarch

Recipe Directions for shelly's falafel

boil potato and then put all ingredients into stand mixer and blend until smooth. Season to taste. drop in 1.5 inch balls on to hot skillet in olive oil, turning to brown on all sides. serve with hummus, veggies
