Recipe Ingredients for Shell-less chicken pot pie

3 unit+yield+from+1+lb+ready-to-cook+chicken Chicken Thighs
1 can Cambell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 kg Vegetables, Mixed
3 small Red Potatoes

Recipe Directions for Shell-less chicken pot pie

  1. Take 6 chicken thighs, and boil skin-on in just enough water to cover them in large pot.

  2. Once cooked, remove from water and de-bone chicken, set aside.

  3. Boil diced potatoes in water left over from cooking chicken.

  4. Add soup, chicken, and package of frozen mixed vegetables (I use a no-name mix of diced carrots, peas, corn, and green beans).

  5. Freezes well.
