Recipe Ingredients for Sheila's Cream of Mushroom Soup.

2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
1/2 cup, chopped Onions
2 tsp Garlic
1 serving WF Enriched White Flour
2 serving Dairyland 1% Partly Skimmed Milk
1 tsp Becel Light Margarine
0.17 tsp Salt, Table
6 dash Pepper, Black
2 tsp Butter
1 serving NoSalt 1/4 Tsp

Recipe Directions for Sheila's Cream of Mushroom Soup.

Finely dice onions and garlic, saute in 1/2 tbsp of margerine until translucent. Add the rest of the magerine and the mushrooms. Saute until tender. In another pan warm the milk. Once the mushrooms are the desired consistancy, sprinkle flour over veggies, stirring constantly for about 1 min. Slowly add the warm milk to the mix, stirring until smooth. Bring to a boil, turn down and simmer until desired thickness.
