Crunchy, spicy cole slaw - great with barbecued meat

Recipe Ingredients for Sheila's Crazy Broccoli Slaw

4 cups broccoli slaw
1 small apple
2 jalapeno peppers
1/4 purple onion, small chop
1 ounce toasted sliced almonds
1 cup fresh corn
7 fresh basil leaves
2 tablespoons (Ken's Steak House) Creamy Caesar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoons horseradish

Recipe Directions for Sheila's Crazy Broccoli Slaw

  1. Put broccoli slaw into a large bowl

  2. -Chop the apple (with skin); jalapenos; and purple onion and add to bowl.

  3. -Add toasted almonds

  4. -Remove raw corn from the cob and put into bowl, scrape the cob into the bowl to get all that sweetness

  5. -Chop the basil leaves and add

  6. Add remaining ingredients and toss all to combine.

  7. This is best if you let it sit for half an hour or so before serving.
