Recipe Ingredients for sheena's meat loaf

2 lbs ground beef
2 eggs
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 cup bread crumbs
5 tbl ketchup
4 slices american cheese
1 1/2 tsp seasoning salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 cup celery
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup green pepper

Recipe Directions for sheena's meat loaf

  1. break up ground beef into a bowl

  2. in another bowl combine eggs, cayenne pepper, nutmeg, seasoning salt, pepper, celery, onion and green pepper. mix to combine.

  3. pour mixure over beef. sprinkle bread crumbs over and combine until mixed.

  4. separate beef mixture in half. Place one half of mixture on a baking sheet and pat into a loaf. Place cheese on top being sure to leave a 1/2 inch on the sides. Place the rest of the beef mixture on top and shape in to loaf and be sure to seal the sides. Put ketchup on top.

  5. Bake at 350 for an hour
