using Yves veggie ground round. We just threw this together...first time trying it.

Recipe Ingredients for Shawn's meatless meatloaf

1 9/10 oz onion, diced
4 1/2 oz cabbage, shredded
2 oz carrot, shredded
1 diced tomato
1 tsp jalapeno
3 cloves garlic
680 g tofu, ground
1 c spaghetti squash
1 egg
1 tsp worchestershire sauce

Recipe Directions for Shawn's meatless meatloaf

  1. Grate onion, cabbage, carrot.

  2. Cook spaghetti squash & shred

  3. mix all ingredients together & put in meat loaf pan or muffin tins. Spray pan first with non stick spray.

  4. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20-30 minutes
