I modified quaker oats recipe for a healther approach

Recipe Ingredients for Shawna's All Natural Oatmeal Cookies

1 stick Butter
8 oz Domino Dark Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Sugars, Granulated
2 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt, Table
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
2 large Egg, White

Recipe Directions for Shawna's All Natural Oatmeal Cookies

  1. Mix 1 stick butter with sugars

  2. Add in 2 med eggs with vanila. mix well.

  3. Add flour, baking soda, salt and flour. Mix well.

  4. Add oatmeal, 1 cup at a time. Mix after adding each cup.

  5. Raisins are optional.
