Recipe Ingredients for Shawna Sloane's BBQ-Ranch Salad

2/3 cup chopped romaine lettuce
1 small carrot, largely chopped
1/4 cup cucumber, peeled and chopped
1/2 avocado, cut into bite-size pieces
1/2 Roma tomato, cut into bite-size pieces
1 tbsp diced green onion
1 tbsp finely chopped cilantro
1/2 tbsp Ranch dressing
1/2 tbsp barbecue sauce, (preferably Sweet Baby Rays)

  2. Mix dressing and bbq sauce.

  3. Mix dressing into salad and stir until well incorporated.
