Its a healthy, nutrient-filled smoothie; easy to drink. It, i believe, helps with your immunity against sickness.

Recipe Ingredients for Sharon's Super Smoothie

8 oz fat-free milk
1/4 avocado
3 baby carrots
1 T pumpkin puree
3/4 cup berries
3 almonds
2 T oatmeal
2 T flaxseeds
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t ground ginger
1 dash nutmeg
1/4 cup grapes

Recipe Directions for Sharon's Super Smoothie

  1. berries and grapes are better frozen

  2. almonds are easier blended sliced

  3. ground flaxseeds can be used, blending grinds them, too

  4. put all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend.
