Recipe Ingredients for Sharon's Spinach Quiche

8 Pillsbury Pie Crusts All Ready Rolled
1 cup Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese
1 cup Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 1/2 cup Egg Beaters
1 cup Skim Milk
10 oz. Frozen Spinach

Recipe Directions for Sharon's Spinach Quiche

  1. Directions

  2. Pre-heat the oven to 375F

  3. Line pie pan per instructions on box.

  4. Layer Spinach, (well drained), Mozzarella Cheese, Cheddar Cheese & Parmesan Cheese.

  5. mix together liquid ingredients add salt & pepper to taste, pour in pie shell and bake at 375 under golden brown and quiche consistency--fork comes out clean
