Lean and light homemade Soppy Joe 1/4 cup per serving

Recipe Ingredients for Sharon's Sloppy Joes

16 oz Laura's 96% Lean Ground Round
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
0.33 cup, diced Celery
0.33 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
4 oz Tomato Catsup
1/4 cup (8 fl oz) Water
3 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Sharon's Sloppy Joes

  1. Cook and stir ground chuck with onion and celery in a 10 inch skillet until hamburger is light brown. Drain if needed.

  2. Stir in all the remaining ingredients. Simmer over low heat until vegetables are tender, 10 - 15 min.

  3. For dryer sloppy joes use 1/3 cup catsup instead of 1/2 cup
