Recipe Ingredients for Sharon's Pea Soup

16 oz Organics Split Green Peas Dry
10 oz Extra Lean Premium Deli Ham
4 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
6 oz Carrots
8 cup (8 fl oz) Water
2 oz Pimento, Canned
1/4 tsp Pepper, Black
1/2 tbsp Allspice, Ground
2 tbsp Parsley, Dried
3 leaves Spices Whole Bay Leaves
2 tsp Ham Base
1 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Sharon's Pea Soup

Clean peas and add to water. Add all other ingredients except for carrots. and bring to boil. Cover and simmer for 1.25 hours. Add Carrots and continue for 20 min. Enjoy.
